Torino Pride 2021

September 25th, 2021 – Start at 15:30 IN C.SO PRINCIPE EUGENIO

This pride has to be done! We can only be happy and happy because Turin Pride 2021 will be there “. The Torino Pride Coordination was informed by the Prefecture and the Police Headquarters that the Ministry of the Interior has established, with a clarifying circular, that dynamic events can be held in the covid white zone.

On 25 September the streets of Turin (departure at 4pm from Corso Principe Eugenio) will be colored with the colors of the LGBTQIA + rainbow and will flood the city with the slogan “How many of us do you still want on our conscience?”

The route starting in Corso Principe Eugenio at the corner of Piazza Statuto will continue along Corso San Martino, Piazza XVIII December, Via Cernaia, Via Pietro Micca, Piazza Castello, Via Po, arriving in Piazza Vittorio Veneto where the speeches of the associations will take place.

Torino Pride, despite the limited time available, is sure that the 2021 edition of the Turin Pride will also be a great success like the previous editions.

28° ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING EPOA

Turin, september 23-26th, 2021: DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, THE NEXT AGM EPOA HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO OCTOBER 2022

Turin will host the next annual conference of the European Pride Organizers Association (EPOA). Turin was officially chosen on 4 October 2020 and the candidacy was desired, coordinated and managed by the Coordinamento Torino Pride, in agreement with the Regione Piemonte, the City of Turin and with the organizers of Rome, Milan, Perugia, Varese, Padua, Cagliari and Pavia Pride. Turin was competing with Lisbon and was chosen with 64% of the votes.

The Pride organizzation since 2006.

Born as the organizing committee of the first Pride of the city, Coordinamento Torino Pride GLBT is a grouping of LGBTQI+ associations operating in Piedmont, together with non-LGBT associations, that promote the respect and enhancement of differences.

Pride and its history.

Coordinamento Torino Pride organize every year the citizen Pride since 2006. Today it is an association of LGBT & friendly associations that deals with awareness and education for a more inclusive society for LGBTQI people. During the year there are many activities carried out in network collaborations.

Trans Freedom March.

Coordinamento Torino Pride organized the first Trans Freedom March in Italy in 2014 to give greater prominence to the celebrations about the TDoR (Transgender Day Of Remembrance). The initiative was so successful that it has been repeated every year with great results ever since.
